Jonathan L’Ecuyer runs Europa with the same passion that built the company. The son of Jean-Pierre L’Ecuyer, founder of the center and a veteran of more than 35 years in the automotive industry, Jonathan grew up in this environment and learned the business from the inside. He embodies the continuity of a family business while bringing a forward-looking vision: better equipment, manufacturer certifications, and a redesigned customer experience.

Yes. In Quebec, you are free to choose the collision center of your choice, regardless of your insurer’s recommendation. Europa works with more than eleven recognized insurers and is familiar with the claims process to simplify the steps for you.

Ideally, have your insurance policy number, claim number (if you already have it), and basic information about your vehicle (make, model, , year) on hand. This is not mandatory to contact us, but it will speed up the processing of your file.

Yes, you can send photos to info@ccceuropa.ca or via the form above. This allows us to make a preliminary assessment of the extent of the damage. Please note that a physical inspection of the vehicle will be necessary to confirm the final estimate.
