Services that cover everything
Services that cover everything
To ensure repairs are carried out without leaving any marks, a member of our team will first protect the interior of your vehicle with our protective covers. As we know that some parts of your vehicle’s interior are fragile, we take the time to cover them thoroughly. The steering wheel, seats, and carpets are covered so that technicians can work efficiently without damaging these parts.
All this attention is aimed at minimizing the marks left by the repair work and returning your vehicle to you in the best possible condition.
For the sake of transparency and to ensure an accurate estimate, all vehicles that enter the Europa workshop are washed on the outside. This step in the process is essential, because a thorough wash allows us to see even the smallest damage that needs to be repaired.
This makes it easier to estimate the cost of repairs more accurately, which in turn speeds up the repair process. The Europa team takes the time to carry out this step because customer satisfaction is important to us. This involves providing an accurate estimate and the best possible repair time for your vehicle.
Depending on your situation, you may need the services of a certified estimate expert to produce an estimate of the work. In some cases, an insurer’s estimator will have already produced the document.
However, when a road accident occurs, we understand that you want to get the work started as soon as possible. That’s why our estimators will assist you when you arrive at Europa.
At this stage, the liaison officer will communicate the amount and details of the estimate to your insurer. The insurer will then conduct its own estimate to determine the amount it will cover for the work.
Once the file has been verified, a member of our team will confirm with you that the work approved by the insurer meets your expectations. Once the work is underway, our liaison agent will keep you informed of the receipt of parts and the progress of your file.
Once you and your insurer have approved the work to be done on your vehicle, it will officially enter the workshop. It will go through various stages of repair depending on the nature of the damage.
The most comprehensive cycle begins with the removal of parts, their repair or replacement, painting, and finishing, which includes polishing and waxing the repaired or replaced parts.
The functional layout of our workshop minimizes risks and increases repair efficiency. You will be kept informed of the progress of the work.
Once the parts have been repaired or replaced, they are painted according to our color matching process so that they blend naturally with the other parts of your vehicle.
Next, our finishing technicians ensure that no trace of the repair is visible, either inside or outside the vehicle. Paint, polishing compound, and wax residue are carefully removed from your vehicle, and dust from sanding the parts is cleaned from the interior.
When the finishing work is complete, the vehicle is washed once again and placed in our indoor reception area. The workshop supervisor then takes a final look at the work that has been done.
If it meets our high standards, you will be contacted to come and pick up your vehicle. The replacement vehicle can be returned on site, indoors.
When you arrive, a member of the team will walk around the vehicle with you to show you the work that has been done. If you are satisfied, you can drive away with peace of mind.
